  Ora Spring wants you to be completely happy with your jewelry!

  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, within 14 days of receiving your jewel.

   All returns must be unaltered, unworn, and in sellable condition.

   Please contact our customer care, mailing to sophie@oraspring.com to get a special return number.

  Please kindly note that without this number, no item will be accepted.

   

  All items must be shipped in secure packaging and include a statement of the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

   

  All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
